What is your return policy?
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Contact customer support.
Why is my card being declined?
This is most likely due to an address mismatch. The billing address you enter must completely match the exact same format to the one your card has been registered to. If not it will keep getting refused. You can pay via pay pal.
Why is my refund late?
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes 8-15 days, but due to the COVID-19 pandemic, delivery times are being delayed, but please be patient. You can also track your package so you have peace of mind.
How do I make changes to an order I've already placed?
